I stayed in a room that overlooked the main road. It normally quiets down after 11pm so it didn’t really bother my sleep. Ricci is close to the best beach on the island which is sunrise beach & north point beach. easy 5 mins walk. the island is quite small so it’s easy to walk to the walking street or the main street for 7-11 or local foods. ricci offers complimentary pick up & drop off to the ferry pier which was such a lovely gesture considering how how it is to walk when you step off the boat. the staff were very helpful & courteous. my room was cleaned every day & i got new towels/water/coffee/tea. there was a fridge to keep your items cold. the ac worked great & thankfully cool the room within 10 mins. there’s also a fan as well. the thought the king size bed was very comfortable along with the pillows. the only issues i had were that the shower was bad very low pressure but that seems rather typical of stays on the islands. plus the wifi was rather iffy every so often that i’ll need to use my data instead. overall, i enjoy my stay very much that i booked another two nights to extend my stay at ricci. it’s quite central & i enjoyed just walking every from it.

Our room was comfortable, large and clean. Aircon worked well. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Fresh towels daily including beach towels. Buffett breakfast was good and convenient start to the day. 5 minute walk to the beach. 5 min walk to 7-11, atm and lots of restaurants.

The hotel has a convenient location- right around the corner from Koh Lipe Walking Street, close to many restaurants and minutes away by foot or tuk-tuk ride from the island’s main beaches. Our room was spacious and modern, and had an extra large king-size bed. Breakfast was good and well-organized. The only down-side was poor Internet connection, often cutting out and weak. The staff were helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend Ricci House to anyone.

Ricci house had a great location a block from the start of walking street, and with lots of food options very close by. Sunrise beach was less then a 5 minute walk away.

reat place to stay
Right in the middle of town , street was busy but you never heard the noice in the room very quiet. Only 10 to 15 min walk to nice beaches. Breakfast in morning was great Lots of choices. Staff was great very friendly and helpful. Very clean nice warm shower

We were very pleased with the customer service. Thezin helped us with breakfast. She also cleaned our room. We had a great stay. The location is perfect for the restaurants and also close to the beach. We had a great time there.

Stayed for only a night. The family room was great. All necessity provided for. The kids loved their beds upstairs. The service staff were attentive and always smiling. There is also a 7-11 nearby. Will stay again if we visit ko Lipe.

Perfect location, amazing breakfast
The hotel is very clean, the aircon and fan were perfect and the breakfast was amazing. A buffet with many items and eggs cooked to order. The shower was warm which is great and the location was extremely central but still quiet. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

Close to walking street and 10 min from beach. Breakfast was good. Superior room was a disappointment because of balcony faced rear and was unusable. Need to book deluxe room. Internet was good in lobby but not in room. Staff spoke English well. AC was good and bed was comfortable.

I can’t say enough good things about Ricci House. We stayed in a bungalow and it was clean, spacious and really cute. The staff was so friendly, accommodating and helpful. I will stay here again next time I’m in Ko Lipe and will definitely recommend it!

Home Away From Home
The stay the second time around was even warmer than the first, as we were received with a “Welcome Home” greeting. Ricci House definitely goes out of their way and aims to make you feel at home. If you’re planning on doing a snorkeling trip, I recommend using the gear from Ricci House as the equipment supplied by the trip organizers are generally plagued with issues. WiFi worked great and I was able to get a lot of work done. It was tough leaving for the next leg of our trip and I already miss the comfortable bed found here!

All-around Solid
Upon arrival to Koh Lipe after our arduous journey, we separated ourselves (from the other travelers inquiring into taxi services) by responding “Ricci House.” The drivers laughed and gave up as they were aware that the hotel had a private, complimentary shuttle service (which we scheduled easliy via email). We were subsequently welcomed with some cold juice and refreshed by the fan during the check-in process. The bungalow we booked was very charming but spacious, clean and the bed is still one of the most comfortable we slept in during our month in Thailand. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Renting snorkels was a breeze and the quality was better than others we’ve used. Location is a couple of minutes away from the Walking Street and an easy ten minute walk to Sunrise Beach, where you can see some stars above and some blue bioluminescence below at night. We’ll always remember all the smiling and warmth from Ricci House.

Great hotel
We wanted to stay for a few more nights at Koh Lipe and are very happy that we ended up att Ricci House. It is not on the beach but instead just a few meters from the walking street. You can easily walk to both Sunrise and Pattaya beach. Staff is very friendly and we would love to stay here again.

2 week stay.
We were on a visa run and needed somewhere to be for 2 weeks. The staff is great, we were at times the only guest in the hotel due to low season. They actually brought us breakfast to our room a few mornings! Right in the middle of town with access to either side of the island by walking. Wifi was great, we were able to watch Netflix and movies. Maybe because we were the only ones there... Loved the place and would recommend it to anyone. We stayed in the bungalows.

I have nothing but praises for the staff of Ricci House. Kim and colleagues are very friendly and have been giving very good service and very attentive to our needs during our stay. Keep it up! Really value for money
For about 70usd a night, the garden bungalow was very comfortable. Good beds and pillows. Air con and fan in the room was a great plus as the duvet is quite thick. You also do not need to worry about leaving the DND sign up(unless you want the sheets changed), as they will pack all the amenities into a plastic bag and hang it outside your door. Which was a pleasant surprise. I would come back again.

Wonderful Overall Experience
Ricci House Resort has given me and my friend a wonderful staying experience. The place is located right next to Walking Street, very close to Pattaya Beach and not far from Sunrise Beach. The entire team was very friendly, kind and helpful throughout. When we accidentally poured our yogurt drink all over the fridge, they acted almost immediately and cleaned our room to ensure that we have the utmost comfort during our stay. We also did not have to worry about communication with them at all because Kim spoke really good English. The rest of the team did it well with simple English too. We can say that we felt really lucky to have chosen this resort as our accommodation in Koh Lipe. Great services, delicious and quality breakfast, and simple and satisfying amenities. They also have free transfer services between the immigration checkpoint and the resort, provided that they are informed in advance. We were greeted with a big smile by the staff of the resort at the immigration checkpoint. Thumbs up to the team from the start until the end! I will definitely be back again the next time I travel to Koh Lipe.

The hotel staff pick up us at the immigration point for free and welcome drink serve upon arrive to hotel. Speedy check in and escort us to our bungalow. Basic and nice room with daily housekeeping. The bed is big and soft, strong aircond, free wifi, cool refrigerator, safe box and LED tv. Nice and tasty daily breakfast, staffs are always around to serve us.The snorkeling program arranged by hotel was amazing, free pick up from hotel to Pattaya Beach. Free photo talking by the guide when snorkeling and soft copy given without any charges, special thanks to Lipe Bay Corner. Highly recommend hotel to stay in Koh Lipe.
