"Beautiful location with our rooms looking over Lake Luzern. Friendly staff and good breakfast. On the bus line so very easy to get into Old Town.
My only complaint is no air conditioning. There is a fan but it was noisy. We opened a window by the street noise was also loud. We were there in cool weather so summer must be very hot in the rooms"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, and the view is beautiful. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with a big smile and felt truly comfortable. The staff were kind, caring, and always happy to help. Getting to the city center was super easy, and with a pass from the hotel, we could use public transportation for free. We were very happy with our stay — thank you so much for everything!"

"It's a nice place certainly. Lakefront area is a major asset. Staff was very helpful and delightful. Breakfast was very nice.
My room in the building without ensuite amenities was fine - small, only one electrical outlet for charging phones etc. One bathroom and shower for 9 rooms on my floor seems a little inadequate.
A nice place for sure, but compared to other Swiss hotels with comparable amenities and location desirability, a tad overpriced I think."
