"We stayed here for 3 nights during our first trip to the Dolomites and expected a better experience for the price paid. Cons: There was almost never anyone at the front desk. We were asked to communicate through WhatsApp, but responses were quite slow. Netflix in the room was not working throughout our stay. There is no air conditioning. "Beautiful location with mountains views. Located with easy distance for numerous Dolomite’s Superski areas. The staff was marvelous, caring, generous and the breakfast exceptional! We dined in the restaurant 4 evenings food /drinks were superb! The apartment was clean with a beautiful bathroom, comfortable beds and nice kitchenette-had everything we needed. We will be rebooking this again next year!"

The hotel has great amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, spa, sauna, restaurant, bar, indoor/outdoor parking, ski room) and fantastic staff! The hotel is conveniently located in Val Gardena with easy access by car, shuttle and bus to local ski slopes! The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The hotel staff is superb! "We loved the common areas and the restaurant. The amazing breakfast options were a treat! The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The room was small and hard to navigate with three pieces of luggage - we managed but never got to truly settle in because the storage was lacking. We had a triple room and my 14 year old was on a “bed” that was too small. Again, no major complaints for two night. Great location and we liked the amenities the hotel provided."
