The pillows are all so uncomfortable that I had to use a towel. The shower is oddly configured making it awkward to use and the instructions for using your room key to use the elevator are not clear and straightforward All staff is awesome

Park Town Hotel
The room was pretty basic. No full body mirror. No view (second floor) nothing that stood out, but for the price was good enough. I appreciate the shuttle service. That’s a nice touch.

Everything was good other than the spa in room not working correctly. Control panel is not functioning correctly and the best we got was it working fine before.
