"Tuscany was the highlight of our time in Italy, and this hotel definitely played a part in that. It was rustic, cute, comfortable, and the sunset views were stunning. "Our train was late and the front desk staff, Alessia stayed late just to let us check in. It was very kind and went above and beyond! She also arranged transport from train to hotel which was super helpful due to the train’s late arrival. The breakfast was also very good with some hot selections and cold and fresh fruit. The room was very clean and well maintained with good air conditioning during the hot weather. Overall, I would strongly recommend this hotel which had great walking access to the major attractions. Orvieto is a lovely town!"

"The hotel was beautiful maintained and a very convenient location. We stayed in a newly renovated room which was quite modern and clean with excellent spaces for clothes and toiletries which I appreciated! Our room didn’t have a view, it looked onto another building which I was a bit disappointed about. The breakfast was average, too many sweet dessert choices for my taste, but there were eggs and and a nice yogurt bar. The pool area looks nicer in the pictures than it does in person but the pool itself was nice and refreshing. They could have furnished the pool area nicer considering the area we were in! The staff were helpful and friendly, hotel was very convenient with lots of parking and it was very clean."

"We had a marvelous stay with unbelievable staff experiences. They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. One of your staff made dinner reservations for us in a very popular restaurant that was the highlight of our time in Cortona. And we very much enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Again the staff was always available for drinks and snacks. Would stay here again."
