He gave us great tips on where to visit, best transportation and local attractions. He was an absolute joy to speak with every night. Thank you for having such a wonderful team member. He is an exemplary team member. He deserves praise and a raise. We definitely plan to return to Greece next year and we will choose to return to this wonderful hotel. "Staff at reception were very helpful and nothing was too much for them. Room was lovely, very high quality, bed super comfy and bathroom had a lovely shower. Everything you need is in the room. Only slight annoyance was the breakfast, restocking of food and cutlery took some time. The food was good though "

"Room was clean, staff super helpful. Only problems encountered was difficulty regulating room temp but that could have been our difficulty with particular unfamiliar mechanism. Other problem was haughty maître d' at restaurant. Gave us a ridiculous table when others were available and unoccupied the whole dinner. Was condescending about the bill. Not a good look for this place!"

"The staff, the room, the beach were all great. This is a wonderful place to stay for me when arriving or leaving Greece. I would particularly like to mention Alexandra at the front desk. There was a large group checking out and because almost everyone had some problem it was taking a long time. Alexandra handled everyone with a serene calmness that relaxed the guest.
