"The location is absolutely beautiful, the food delicious and the staff were amazing and helpful. They even packed us takeaway breakfasts when we had early morning excursions. Not to mention the stunning beach and the wonderful view of the Temple of Poseidon. We visited at the end of the September and the water was still so warm. Such a hidden gem. We didn't want to leave."

"The hotel is hidden, like most of the small hotels, in a maze of crowded, dirty streets with horrible sidewalks. Very noisy at all hours. The directions given by the staff to find the hotel were worthless. We were maneuvering 4 large luggage as we were going on a 10 day cruise. The route from the Metro to the hotel did not accommodate rolling luggage. The staff were not rude, just indifferent to any questions. There was a taxi strike and they had no suggestions as to getting to the Cruise port....

"I am beyond disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. What should have been a relaxing trip was ruined by the sheer lack of basic hospitality and professionalism. Upon arrival, I wasn’t even greeted. The front desk clerk acted as if my check-in was a massive inconvenience. We already checked in and waited for an 1 hour in the line, but our rooms is not yet ready so we decided to go out for couple of hours. When we came back to picked up the key to our room the front desk told us to go back...

"Triton is well situated for a cruise or other uses of the Port - maybe a 5 minute safe walk. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. A cozy safe place and area. The staff was fantastic and attentive. The breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty and reasonably priced. The only downside was the electric outlets. There was a total of 4 outlets, and only 1 near the bed. "Shamir at the front office was outstanding. The breakfast was great. The room was clean but small although we booked a comfort room. The shower was terrible no pressure and very small. Only the mattress in the room which was comfortable but no chair, night table or closet. There were steps in the room which was a hazard. Bed sheets were clean."
