"The room smelled like cigarettes..... the hallways were with trash everywhere. The breakfast coffee machine was broken. all they could tell me was the technician is on the way to fix the coffee machine."

"The pictures of the place look great online. When we got there, the place was a total dump. We didn't even get out of the car. I would prefer to sleep in my car than this place. Not in this neighborhood though. The whole area is bad. We went to another motel down the road and witnessed a drug deal. Do yourself a favor and drive 10 minutes to the casino district and spent another 25 bucks a night like we did. It was too late to cancel our reservation, so we ate the cost. It was worth it though...

"I love the fact that it was secured and that we could do a 4 a.m. check in when we got off the highway. Staff was friendly. Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. Convenient location. I would book again."

"The property was listed as newly renovated, and it certainly was not! Only the flooring looked new. The pictures online do not match what you actually get. Bed very hard and simply one mattress on a metal frame. Doors/locks did not feel secure. Very poorly insulated, we could hear every little noise from other rooms and the road. The first room we went into was so strong cleaning product/chemical smelling that it made eyes water and induced an asthma attack. Second room was stale old smoke...

"So hotel over all is just ok. The pool was super cloudy so we didn’t swim. Room 206 is right over the kitchen or bar. So anytime they move chairs or tables around you hear it. Sat night the noise didn’t end until about 11:30 pm and started right back up at around 5 am. If we stayed anything more than a night I would have asked to be moved. It was pretty loud and kept waking up the family. Tbh I will not stay here again. Just go to a holiday inn or something equivalent."

"You get what you pay for. The room was cheap, but the guy at the front desk had zero customer service skills. It took us a literal 30 minutes to get into the room after 3 trips back and forth with problems with the key, until he finally switched our room to another one. It was also dirty. The breakfast area had broken tables (like the marble tops were chipped enough you’d scrape your arm on them) and cracked leather seats, and the back of the booth next to us had stuff caked all over it. "We were in room 309. Room was clean for the most part other than a sticky spot on the carpet that we tried avoid. Furniture pretty beat up and it looked like mold on the wall in the bathroom. No tv remote but the front desk was quick to get us one. Got down to the complementary breakfast at 7:30am and the eggs were gone and only 3 sausage links left. We were down there around 30 mins a the eggs never filled and 6 sausages were refilled. Coffee cups were out so I had to search the cabinets for...
