"It was better than I thought it would be."

"I was a little nervous because of the reviews, but for this price point, it was a really nice place. It was clean but could definitely use a deep clean. The beds were firm and pillows were decent. No frills. The checkout was with a kiosk which was super easy and quick. This is not a fancy place but we weren't looking for fancy, we just wanted a clean, safe, cheap place to sleep and go and this definitely hit the mark."

"Discovered several issues. Staff had me try several rooms. One room had a broken shower. One room had not been cleaned appropriately. A third room had signs of pests. "

"I reserved a non smoking room and was given a room that wreaked of cigarette smoke. I requested to change rooms and got a room with a filthy bathroom. The cleaning staff argued with me that the room was not dirty, but front desk person agreed that I was correct. I do have pictures. I will be requesting a refund due to having to find a different place to stay."
