"This is definitely a cozy and conveniently located hotel. But don’t plan on having privacy or peace. The walls are so thin, you hear EVERYTHING in adjacent rooms."

"Parking was safe and easy. Did not eat breakfast on site. Staff was not available/not reachable by phone during one of the nights when there was a loud disturbance in the parking lot. Room service was denied when requested to change beds after the 5th day of stay. Water stopped intermittently during showers. Staff offered no solution. The hotel manager was dismissive, unprofessional, and disrespectful. A detailed report of the experience with this hotel was provided to the Expedia supervisor. "

"The floor was covered in chicken and goose droppings because there were no fences and many chickens and geese ran around, even pooping in front of your room. The outdoor hot tub was completely unusable, and the tub was full of leaves, mud, and dust. It looks like no one has ever cleaned it.I messaged the host on the day I checked in saying there was no hot water outside, but they didn't reply until the next day when I was about to check out."

"Upon arrival to my room, I noticed the door was cracked open and a man was inside. I assume he was apart of housekeeping but he didn’t clarify. So that was weird! My room floor needed vacuuming, which I did report to the front desk, along with the man in my room, but nothing was resolved by them. "We were very happy with our stay at TownePlace Suites. The hotel and grounds are well maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was better than expected. The kitchenet was well stocked and there are ample drawers and hanging for clothing. The room itself was not huge and the only bed size options are queen size (we are used to sleeping on a king size bed, being that my husband is a large man) but we made it work. "The owner is super nice and you notice a big difference between staying at a corporate owned hotel.The property is lined with lemon and orange trees and beautiful flowers which he takes very well care of. Everything is very clean and I appreciated having a refrigerator and a microwave in the room! Nice also to park right in front of your room."

"the internet is horrid. Wifi is slow, but worse, it loses connection every few minutes as if the router is resetting itself and rebooting. You could never use the internet to watch video or do a video conference. Room was clean, but property itself is not. Lots of trash in the parking lot. No issues with parking."

"I didn't like the A/C heater that my husband had to turn on bec he felt cold. Everytime it was on made a very loud noise that my husband could not sleep. About 3 am he phoned the front desk and told him to listen at the noise and said something more which I didn't hear. Eventually I had to turned off A/C and I gave him my sheet to cover him. My husband is a light sleeper."
