"The hotel was overall clean and neat. The rooms were welcoming. Staff was friendly. The hotel restaurant had good food.
The pool on the other hand did not look clean at all. The pool had some kind of slime or nasty clear sludge near the shallow area. Everyone was staying away from it. After 10-15 minutes of being inside the pool with my kids, we decided to exit it and never come back in."

"We stayed in a room over looking the dumpster, both the bathroom and room ceiling had pealing paint due to damp! The air conditioning sounded like a wind tunnel constantly noisy!!!
I made reception aware and advised the lady at check out but she simply wrote a note but didn’t even acknowledge what I had said!
I was charged $30 a day as a ‘Resort’ apparently for self parking, WIFI and the pool? Really??? I will not be back!!!!!"
