"We had a nice stay the check in/out was quick and easy the staff was friendly the room was clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was nice and the pool was great our kids and grandbaby really enjoyed it. The only negative was the room smelled musty. Otherwise nice place. "

"Bad: Minor stuff that was easily addressed by a call to the front desk. In our room phones didn’t work via handsets and maid service plugged the bedside lamps into the non-switched outlet. Great: Everything else was excellent! The entire staff was superb. I Specifically want to single out the spa and beach… SPA: Excellent facility, fantastic amenities, kind helpful staff, my wife and I had an excellent couples massage; can’t say enough about the spa and staff. LIDO BEACH: The Beach Club is 3.3 miles from the hotel, but they have a bus that leaves every hour. It’s one of the best beaches I’ve visited in a long time. The staff was very attentive, food and drinks delivered to your lounge beachside; I could go on but you get the picture. In summation, if you can afford it, you’ll definitely come away relaxed and recharged. "
