During One of the booked days we stayed had no water and AC due to maintenance . Hotel feels old and non updated area is good but lots of development. Pool was ok but very outdated and hot tub dirty. Rooms were very outdated would not stay again for the price we paid.

The hotel is dated and the rooms need to be refurbished. I had large stains on the carpet in my room. They were stingy with the towels, leaving only 2 towels for a room with 2 beds, forcing me to request extras each day (I was staying with my 2 nieces). They don't have a steamer (just an old-fashioned iron) and the staff seemed unknowledgeable. The room safe was broken. But what bothered me the most is that I've been here 3 times the past 3 months, and just recently (a few weeks ago, apparently) they changed their parking rules. Guests may no longer self-park, but rather they must pay a $45 per day charge to have the valet park their cars. I can stay at a Super 8 and get free parking... this just seems like opportunism and the opposite of luxury.
