Helpful and friendly staff though they seemed overworked. Great location near the old town and big tick for included parking outside the front door. Breakfast a bit limited but OK for me

Clean and modern hotel. Staff was great and accommodating. Only issue was related to parking when one staff member told me I could park overnight on street next to hotel but had to move my by 7 AM. Later discovered he was parked in the hotels space. In fairness he did move his car.

The staff is friendly, but the rooms are very small, the bathroom is very small, too. Breakfast was very basic. No place to work, except in the lobby. You can walk to city center / old town, so that is OK

I paid for a king size bed...they didn't have one!
I booked a room with a king size bed. They had no problem advertising and charging for this, but could not deliver...and they refused to call Expedia to mediate the issue.

Sehr gutes Hotel in einer sehr guten Lage. Bis zur Altstadt braucht man etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Unzählige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Einkaufszentrum daneben. Zimmer sauber, gepflegt, Bad top große Regendusche alles wie neu. Man muss wissen, dass man sich im Zentrum einer Hauptstadt befindet und draußen ziemlich viel Verkehr ist. Taxi zum Flughafen 10 Euro. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Falls man mit dem Auto anreist, muss man ankündigen, damit man Parkplatz kostenlos bekommen kann. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption seht nett und zuvorkommend.

Great location, extremely kind and helpful reception staff. Individual room was OK for two nights but very small for a longer stay as there's no space to move (the minibar does not open even as it is stuck to next to the bed). Breakfast was rather simple.

Good location and breakfast
Very good location in the center of Sarajevo. Very friendly personnel, especially the breakfast woman was so polite and offered freshly made egg-dishes.

Great hotel in the shopping district!
Hotel Cosmopolitan is a great hotel that is just in the middle of the shopping district. The shopping malls, local stores and the Baščaršija can be reached within minutes. The staff is very friendly and informed and the breakfast is good as well. The single rooms are pretty small.
