Am schlimmsten war jedoch das Bett: Die Bettwäsche wirkte, als wäre sie nicht gewechselt worden, und roch eindeutig nach „benutzt“. Da wir erst gegen 01:45 Uhr nachts im Hotel angekommen sind und nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten, war es zu spät, um noch eine Beschwerde an der Rezeption einzureichen oder das Zimmer zu...

I browsed through many hotels & made the perfect decision to stay in Hotel Old Town Strategic location, very close to main attractions and public transports, in the heart of Sarajevo Old Town - can easily find places to eat and shop. Very very friendly and helpful staffs who'd make you feel welcomed instantaneously. Neat tidy & spacious room. Breakfast is included - gives you a taste of Bosnian morning delicacies. "Great price per night, the location was only 10 min walk from the city centre. The breakfast buffet was consistently nice and prevented me from wasting time finding breakfast, so for efficient travellers maximising their time this is a big deal! The staff was always friendly and helpful, speaking good English and respectful to all guests. The room was well finished and looked after also. This ticks all boxes from me. 5/5 for me."

"The hotel is near the old town which is good. Walking distance to everything. Staff at the property was helpful. Breakfast was next to nothing. It was awful, didn’t really have a lot. Very disappointed. Transport is not included we paid extra to and from airport with taxis which was very disappointing."
