"Valida is an excellent property manager and host. Made for a heart warming stay.
Wifi was good enough to take video calls for work and accessible equally well from all parts of the room"
"The host family were amazing, helpful, generous and hospitable. If you wish to experience a Bosnian hospitality and homeliness this is the best place to stay while in Sarajevo."
"A small hotel, ideally located for seeing the sights of this amazing city, as it’s right in the heart of the old town. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, and there’s a good breakfast buffet. "
"Great location and clean room. The view itself from the bedroom is worth the stay. Only thing is at check in the staff could have been more welcoming "
"Clean apartment with friendly hosts who even helped me find a trusted taxi driver to take me to and from the airport! Would highly recommend. Close to popular places so great location! "
"The staff is so friendly and helps you with everything you need.
Besides, the location of the hotel is just at the perfect spot, directly in the middle of the old town - nice bars closeby - good restaurants and great cafes just a few minutes walking distance! "
"Amazing! The team is efficient, lovely, and proactive -from picking us up at the airport to giving great recommendations on services nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. I would stay there again and again."
"We had a lovely experience. Walking distance from the Old City and Yellow Fortress. It’s a gem. Parking is in front of the hotel. I stayed with my family which includes two small children ages 7, 9. "

"Lovely hotels which is walking distance to Old Town area and many sites. Hotel is clean, breakfast was excellent and all the staff were welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again."
"I can't say enough good things about this hotel!
It's right in the middle of Sarajevo's historic old town, but tucked away enough that traffic noise isn't too much of a problem.
When I walked in I told the lady at the desk, "I think I'm in the right place" and she said, "Yes you are, Erik." She already knew who I was.
I asked about a cab to the airport for an early morning flight and she set up a ride with a member of the hotel's staff that was cheaper than a cab. (And she shared a bag of popcorn with me!)
On the morning when I checked out, the hotel's internet was having problems and the worker couldn't run my credit card. So he took my information and turned on the coffee machine (four hours before they serve breakfast) so I could have a cappuccino while I waited for my ride to the airport. Amazing service!
It's a boutique hotel with really nice, clean rooms. Mine had two skylights that could be shuttered remotely. The included breakfast was wonderful.
You can walk from the hotel to all of the historic churches, mosques and museums. I recommend the cable car lifts up the mountain for incredible views. (Look for the abandoned bobsled tracks from the 1984 Winter Olympics.) When I think of Sarajevo, I only think about the wars in the 1990s but this city is so much more.
The only possible negative is that the road outside the hotel is extremely busy and has very narrow sidewalks. And the motorists speed by. So be careful crossing the street."
"good hotel. better than was expecting based off the price! the room was clean, the bed was comfy the bathroom was clean and shower was great too.
the location is amazing. super central and close to everything you want to see "
"This is THE best property to stay at in Sarajevo. I stayed at another for a night before switching here and it felt like such a relief upon checking in. The room was so comfortable, clean and I loved that the TV had Netflix available. It’s right in the old town center, very near the copper street and has a ton of food and cafes right outside the door. The staff was excellent and I will definitely be recommending this to everyone I know! "
