"사진과 같이 넓고 편안한 숙소 였습니다!! 챙겨주신 수건과 어메니티들도 모자람 없이 충분했어요. 숙소에 식기와 전자렌지가 있어서 편의점에서 사온 음식 뎁혀먹기도 좋았고, 온풍기가 있어서 춥지 않았습니다! 젖은 옷을 말릴 수 있게 옷 행거도 있었고, 욕조가 있어서 반신욕 할 수도 있어서 추운날씨에 밖에 많이 돌아다니다가 들어와서 몸 담그니 너무 좋더라구요~ 다음에 삿포로가게되면 또 머물고 싶은 숙소였습니다. 숙소에 세탁기가 있어서 장기숙박해도 좋을듯해요!! "

"The apartment is very small, about 25-30 SQM maximum with a tiny low level table and chairs that take up too much space and are pointless. You have to eat on the edge of the bed. This is not an apartment but a cramped hotel room. Had issue with dryer as the lint hadn’t been cleaned and so dryer took 8 hours to dry before I fixed the problem. "Hotel is virtually brand new: the hotel complex opened only two years ago. Location is excellent with the subway system (and the accompanying stores and restaurants) within an easy five minute walk. There’s even an 7-eleven super conveniently next to the lobby, and its entrance doesn’t require exposure to the brutal elements at the peak of winter and summer. Rooms are well insulated from noise and thermal extremes. Staff are wonderfully polite and accommodating. Highly recommended. 10 out of 10."

Option 1: Balanced & Professional (Recommended) While the hotel facilities are great and the location is excellent—just a short walk to Sapporo Station, supermarkets, and convenience stores—I cannot recommend staying here due to the poor customer service. The check-in staff were very unfriendly. In contrast, the dining staff were much more welcoming, especially the lovely lady checking the guest list at the restaurant entrance. As for the room, the queen room was quite spacious, but the carpet was old and looked dirty. Additionally, the price felt expensive, especially with an extra charge of ¥900 per person per night. Given the cold reception at the front desk, there are better accommodation choices in Sapporo."

"the location is excellent. We drive and can park the car downstairs. There is a very nice Starbucks house just 3 mins walk away. Within 10 mins walk you can find a very nice shopping mall (MaxValu Maruyama Class Store). The flat is spacious and sufficient for six of us. Two bathrooms are a valid advantage. The obly comment is the kitchen ware is highly insufficient for cooking. Also please add a coffee machine there will be nice."

"Nice location, in a walkable distance to the subway (Tozai Line) and Maruyama Park. Sapporo Station and places around there (shopping, Hokkaido University, etc.) are also walkable, but it's a bit of a stretch, especially on hot days. Check-in and check-out was smooth. There are no humans present, everything is done via tablet, but it works. When the auto-lock on our door stopped working (probably low battery), they were very responsive and sent someone to fix it right away. Overall a smooth and pleasant experience."
