Really great stay here, spacious room, great amenities, close to the shops short walk to Sapporo factory. Also just down the road from Ramen alley and an onsen a couple of buildings away. Lawson and 7/11 nearby, building was very warm, we stayed when it was snowing and -8 deg outside, but perfectly warm inside. Overall a great stay, recommended for families!

Very dated poor quality hotel , go somewhere else
We had a very bad impression of the hotel from the first minute of arriving. We arrived arrived 1300 and we're told our room was ready but would have to pay 4000 yen per half an hour for early check. This was considering we had our baby daughter with us an insult and no compassion was given. Once finally in the room we found a tired looking room with a horrible brown carpet which looked soulless. To heat the room you had to use the AC unit which was super loud and also gave as all headaches. You also had to keep it on all day or you would freeze to death. Overall we are unsure why this hotel had the positive reviews and maybe these are fake?

세번째 삿포로 여행 4박5일 숙박 후기
번화가에서 한블럭 정도 떨어져 있어 오히려 조용하고 좋았습니다. 시내까지 멀지 않습니다. (도보 5분~10분 사이) 바로 앞 편의점도 있고 일단 시설이 너무 깨끗하고 다른 일본 호텔 객실들과 달리 많이 넓어 좋았습니다. 3인 가족 여행이었는데 지내는데 불편 없이 편히 지낼수 있었습니다. 욕실과 화장실 넓고 주방이 있어 음식도 해먹을 수 있습니다. 세번째 삿포로 여행이었는데 아주 만족하고 와서 다음에 또 삿포로 여행을 가게 된다면 재방문 의사 충분합니다. 다른 지역에도 해당 체인이 있는거 같아 관심이 생겼습니다. 프론트 직원분들도 너무 친절하십니다. 한국어 잘 하시는 여직원분도 계시고, 다른 직원분들 영어도 잘 하시고 요청사항에도 바로 바로 친철하게 응대해 주셨습니다. 4박 5일 동안 너무나 편하게 지내다 왔습니다. 감사합니다.

위치가 조금 아쉽지만 넓고 깨끗한 호텔
위치가 스스키노 중심에서 조금 떨어져 있어서 도보 이동시 멀었지만 방도 크고 시설도 깔끔해서 좋았어요. 욕조도 크고 기능이 많아서 피로를 푸는데 많은 도움이 됐습니다. 다만 체크인 시간을 제외하고 카운터가 비어있는 경우가 많아서 택시 호출 부탁이나 짐 보관 부탁시 좀 힘들었던 점은 아쉬웠네요.

サービスは基本セルフ 連泊リネン交換もセルフ フロントは午後3時以後したいないし、部屋からの電話もないので、時間になってから1階に行くしかない。 チェックアウト前にノックあり時間と言われ起こされた。
