"Beautiful hotel and the best customer’s service in the Japan hotel and the best hotel in Sapporo. It’s just like the Halekunali hotel in Honolulu Hawaii . The local factory mall is right across the street. We tried the different restaurants. It’s yummy and reasonable prices."

"My friends and I ( there were 6 of us) likes the apartment ( clear guideline for access, clean & quiet, and also not to far from Sapporo Station.
What can be improved:
1. The instructions for the washing machine need to be update, to reflect the appliance that is the location now.
2. It will be quite help if the apartment management provide information To book for Taci, especially on check out date, as we will have to manage our luggages. "

"Fair price, decent breakfast and good location!
Train noise is real but if you don't stay long time in a room, it is not a big deal. I t was ok for me to sleep at night."

"Hotel was located less than 5 minutes from the orange subway line and 2 stops from Odori. Family Mart and 24 hour supermarket all within walking distance. Amazing rooms albeit a little small (usual for Sapporo). Walls are a little thin so bring eyeplugs!"

"Great hotel for visitors of Sapporo! The hotel was very conveniently located outside of Odori station exit 8 or a short 7-10 min walk from the main Sapporo station (you can walk the underground tunnel directly to the hotel or walk on street level). The staff were amazing. Super helpful, always cheery, and very patient. "
"The view from the room was stunning and the onsen was the best me and my husband have been to in Japan that’s included with the hotel stay. Very spacious and at night had a nice dark serene feel"
"Very clean room, spacious, very good breakfast. But I especially appreciated the staff who were friendly and helpful. Gave an excellent recommendation for dinner. Thanks!!"
"Breakfast has seafood sashimi, very fresh and tasty. Our room is renovated so is new and clean. It's very near the shopping street and many restaurants nearly. The public bath is a bonus though it's not big.
"
"Very clean room and good food selection at breakfast buffet with friendly staff
close to Sapporo Station and underground walkway connecting Sapporo station to Susukino "
