"The property was clean and comfortable and felt safe. We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. "I had a very large room with a nice view. Had a whole table with 4 chairs, kitchenette-burner stove, utensils, plates, separate sink to do dishes, microwave, washer/dryer. They changed pajamas, towels, and emptied trash daily. Buffet breakfast is good. Nice view out the window while eating breakfast too. Hotel staff is extremely nice & helped me with a laundry mishap-very accommodating. Closest station is Odori Station & Susukino Station is close too. Close walk to Odori Park which is why I was there-for snow sculpture festival. However, it’s a 20min walk to Sapporo JR Station-you can walk completely underground due to the snow, but just be aware. Was maybe a 10-12min walk from airport bus drop-off area. Close walk to restaurants and shopping."
