"The property was clean and comfortable and felt safe. We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. Several areas could be improved on. The parking space was very tight, so that one had to park so close to the next car on one side that you could only exit the car on the other side. "The apartment was well stocked and clean. The location is good and well located. The bed was not comfortable and the washer/dryer was impossible to figure out if you donโt read Japanese. "

"Amazing hotel! Location is brilliant, a really lovely base for seeing Sapporo. Everything was perfect.
My only comment is how hot the rooms are, but easily fixed by opening our window "
"Great hotel, great vibe and the vinyls to play in your room are genuinely amazing! Only issue is food went missing from our room after room was cleaned so not sure what happened there"
"My stay was very comfortable. The staff was nice and the ammenities are also great. The staff kept my frozen food until the day of my departure which was nice. The lobby looks really presentable and the dinner wasn't bad. Lots of different crabs available as well as ramen, shabu shabu, desserts and a lot more. For the cost of what I paid, it is definitely worth it. The room is a standard room and a bit old but it is clean and well maintained. It was just hot that night but I asked for a fan and they provided one which helped. Overall, a great hotel to stay in. Plus the Limousine Bus to the airport is literally across the hotel so that made it very convenient on my last day in Sapporo."
