This property need to maintain the rooms from furniture and bed quality and even windows and bathroom we had many issues regarding the door of balcony and smell of bathroom and beds were not comfortable plus the towels quality was poor the staff was helpful and breakfast was standard

I had the worst experience at [MOX Hotel] in Sapanca. The room was filthy, smelled of mold, and the door handle was broken. The indoor pool was unusable, breakfast was awful, and the location/view was nothing like advertised. I paid for two nights but could only endure one. The lack of service was shocking—I had to change the mattress cover myself. Not recommended at all.

Düzelmesi gerekenler

Genel olarak Hotel epey temiz odalar genişti. Check-in esnasında resepsiyondaki personeller çok yardım severdi. Hotel sahibi pek örnek davranışlarda bulunmadı ve bu beni ve eşimi çok rahatsız etti. Ayrıca spada çalışan Taylandlı personeller Hotele gelen müşterilere nasıl davranacaklarınıda öğrenmeli, masaj bittikten sonra nezaket gösterek ''Thank you'' deyip odadan dışarı çıktığımda, kendi aralarında beni taklit ederek alay etmelerini çok ama çok yadırgadım. Ertesi günde spaya gidecektim ama bu davranış yüzünden vaz geçtim.

Fiyat Performans Oteli, tavsiye ederim

Kartepe'de birkaç gün yarıyıl tatilini geçirmek için çevre otelleri incelediğimde, fiyat performans oteli olarak gördüğüm otelde 4 gece rezervasyon yaptırdım. Otel temizlik açısından iyi durumda, personel de özverili, yardımsever. Kartepe ye yakın olduğu için gündüz kartepe ye akşam da otele geçtik. Otelde kapalı ve sıcak yüzme havuzu var, çok büyük değil ama çocuklarla çok memnun kaldık. Günün yorgunluğunu sıcak havuzda ve arkasından saunada atabildik.Saunada mentol olmaması eksiklikti. Ayrıca havuz, sauna ve masaj alanında çalışan arkadaş da güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Odalar olması gerektiği kadar temizdi. Otelde tek sorun kahvaltıydı diyebilirim. Kahvaltı için elinden geleni yapmaya çalışmışlar ancak, çay, peynir, yumurtada 2 tık daha iyi malzeme seçmeliler. Önemli bir konu da, kar yağışı nedeniyle yollar kapandığı için rezervasyonumuzu 1 gün ertelediler, dolayısıyla 1 günümüz de yanmamış oldu. Bu konuda gösterdikleri hassasiyetteb dolayı da teşekkür ederim. Genel olarak değerlendirdiğimde, otel için iyi diyorum, yeniden tercih edebilirim.

2021/29 Ekim Tatili

29 ekim tatilinde 2 gece ailece kaldık. Konaklamamız genel olarak iyiydi. Erken gelmemize rağmen saat 2'yi bekletmeden odamızı temizletip bize 11 gibi odamızın anahtarını verdiler. Otel birkaç ay önce devralınmış. Doğal olarak bazı eksikleri var. Onlar da giderilirse çok iyi iş yaparlar diye düşünüyorum. Aklıma gelen detaylar şu şekilde : Odalar ve balkonlar genel olarak güzel. Banyoların muslukları duş başlıkları su giderleri, tuvalet fırçaları ve banyo havluları yenilenmeli. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Özellikle bergamotlu çay çok iyiydi ama zeytinler fazla tuzluydu. Daha güzelini almalılar. Kapalı havuz gayet temizdi ama hamamda bazı eksikler mevcut. Mevsim geçtiği için açık havuz hizmet dışıydı ama büyüklüğü gayet iyi. Yazın güzel olur diye düşünüyorum. Terasın manzarası da çok güzel. Son olarak çocuklara bir oyun alanı yapılırsa süper olur çünkü bizim gibi çocuklu aileler fazlaca geliyor. Konaklamamız boyunca bize güleryüzlü ve misafirperver davranan tüm personele de teşekkür ediyorum.

Gittigim oteller arasinda temizlik ve hizmet acisindan guzel tecrube yasatan bu otelin en guzel ozelligi gec kahvalti saatiydi! Kahvaltinin sabah 11 e kadar surdugunu duydugumda dunyalar benim oldu cunku tatildeyken sirf kahvaltiya yetismek icin sabahin 8 ine saat kurmak kadar sinir bozan bir olay yoktur benim icin. Diger otellerin bu sabah kahvalti meraki cidden cok sinir bozucu, o yuzden bu otel benim icin cok puan kazandi. Havuzuda cok temiz ve guzeldi, servis harikaydi, butun calisanlar cok yardimci ve guleryuzluydu. Check in yaptigimiz sirada kahvalti icin sevinirken kulak misafiri olup kosarak yanima gelen (sanirim on buro veya otel muduru, keske ismini alsaydim, hatirlarsa eger ben Amerikali musteri) endise icinde kahvalti saatinden sikayetciyseniz kacta isterseniz o sekilde ayarlayalim diyerek bir kat daha mutlu etti. Aksine ben cok mutlu oldum gec saatte olmasina diyerek kendisini rahatlattim. 🤗 Herkese tavsiye ederim bu oteli. I really recommended this hotel to everyone. This hotel is very clean , inexpensive and has best customer service. Late breakfast is also very important for me, and this hotel has it🤗

The hotel wasn’t clean and should not rating as a 4 stars hotel. The toilet was not clean at all and the tolls was dirty. It was the worst hotel I have booked in my life so I booked another hotel in the same day although the refused to refund me for the 2 nights I booked

Otel Aralık ayının son gününde soğuktu, oda az çalışır bir klima ile ısıtılmaya çalışıldı maalesef yemekler ucuz olmamasına rağmen vasattı. İyi olan tek şey yılbaşı akşamı sahne alan şahane sesiyle tüm olumsulukları gideren Bülent Yağızer’di. Hiç değilse bunu becermişler
