"Great and safe"

"Clean, comfortable. Good location. "

"This is going to be our go to place when staying in Sao Paulo. The room is clean and has a full kitchen. The building is safe, has a self checkout mini market and face recognition to allow entrance. The location couldn't be better, very close to the subway and with good options to eat at walking distance."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my time! The bed was soft and cozy, the kitchen had everything I needed, and there were wonderful appliances that certainly had the guest in mind. Even when I had difficulties entering the building, the help I received was quick and friendly. There were nearby shops within walking distance and it was close enough to the metro for other visits in the city. I will absolutely look to book here again next year!"

"great location"

"O box do chuveiro é muitoooooo pequeno tornando o banho desconfortável."

"Muito sem educação todos"

"Hotel novo. Muito confortável. Atendimento excelente!"

"The staff was Uber nice and helpful! Even with my very limited Portuguese, they were extremely patient!"

"The unit was dusty, the bed sheets were dirty and the mattress was filthy with yellow and red stains. There were no plastic bags in the trash bins and no toilet paper in the bathroom. The description says "balcony with city view" but it is actually a view of the roof of the adjacent houses."

"We love our stayed here, pretty good area"

"Bed making is also paid for 140R. Amenity goods are not replenished only for one day."

"Fiquei 04 noites e foi muito tranquilo, a comunicação com a equipe foi muito boa, bem localizado, tem mercado próximo, bairro tranquilo, roupas de camas limpas, para dias mais frios faltou um cobertor mais grosso, faltou um espelho de corpo todo só tem o do banheiro e se a pessoa for baixa não consegue se ver, bem equipado, recomendo."
