Minha experiência fui terrível, pior impossível. Até o dia do início da minha estadia (01/08) eu não havia recebido o código de acesso para o check-in. Eu cheguei na portaria para fazer o check-in no dia 01/08 por volta das 16:00 e sem o código de acesso não pude entrar. Pois a fechadura possui o sistema digital. Tentei todos os tipos de contato que o hostel oferecia e ninguém deu retorno para o meu problema. Somente no dia seguinte as 08:30 foi que recebi um e-mail do Sr. Thiago, informando o código de acesso com as coordenadas para o check-in no dia seguinte, 02/08. E nem desculpas eu recebi pelo ocorrido. Conclusão: Paguei por 3 diárias mais só usufrui de 2 diárias. Quanto as instalações , janela do meu quarto (10) tinha um vidro faltando, mesmo fechando a janela, o vento entrava e o quarto permanecia gelado a noite. O chão do quarto, corredor e os degraus da escada, tudo muito sujo. Jamais recomendarei essa hospedagem a alguém. Fernando Cardoso

Adorei, é seguro e perto de tudo que eu precisava, metro, shopping, bares e local que comumente tem shows. O sistema de auto check in é muito prático. O quarto tem todos os essenciais e o banheiro e cozinha do local são bem completos e limpos. Adorei a experiência.

Pior do que eu gostaria, melhor do que o esperado

Estadia dentro do esperado para o valor cobrado, banheiro compartilhado sujo, pela manhã, por uso dos outros hóspedes. Sobre os quartos, era possível olhar dentro dos quartos através da janela, reduzindo a privacidade, pela noite fomos acordados diversas vezes pelo barulho dos outros hóspedes, o barulho produzido dentro do quarto e das áreas comuns alcançavam, com facilidade, nosso cômodo, além disso as luzes do corredor entravam pela janela, a qual não possuía cortina. O ventilador disponível no quarto era muito barulhento. As moças da limpeza super cordiais e simpáticas, fizeram um ótimo trabalho no nosso cômodo, o quarto aparentou estar muito limpo e organizado.
