"The girl that it was at the front desk was super nice, the cleaning ladies were the best, being Americans we like a lot of towels and they gave us all the towels that we needed. Very clean location, this is the town that I was born and as always people are very nice and will go out of their ways to make people welcome. "

"In einem Altbau. 4 m hohe Räume. Kühlschrank und Küche gemeinschaftlich. War ok. Es gibt auch Schlafsäle in diesem Hotel. Kommunikation mit Hugo per Whatsapp lief gut. Ich war sehr zufrieden, nur die Dusche braucht 5 Minuten bis warmes Wasser kommt"

"Staff was very helpful and spoke great English. Breakfast had a lot of options and was delicious. Location was a little awkward to get to and awkward to get out of but that’s also what Ponta Delgada is like. bed was very comfortable. Washroom was clean."
