O hotel é bem localizado, mas falta atendimento, café da manhã é a partir de 06:30hs, mas o pessoal do café que é terceirizada só chega depois das 07:00; dos 4 dias que fiquei, 2 não teve água quente para o banho por falta de gás e o estacionamento é muito limitado, só tem 8 vagas e se chegar tarde seu carro fica na rua. O que salva é a localização, mas pelo preço pago, esperava coisa bem melhor! Sem contar o forte cheiro de esgoto no banheiro e os elevadores barulhentos durante a madrugada. Valeu a experiência para buscar algo melhor!!

Não indico a ninguém. Grande falta de higienização

Ao chegar no hotel fui bem atendido na recepção e pela anfitriã Deise, porém ao chegar no quarto me deparei com um banheiro imundo com lama, cabelo e alguns outros sujos, imediatamente descemos e chamamos a anfitriã que mandou a camareira limpar novamente, porém ela entrou no banheiro e passou um pano sujo rápido, deixando do mesmo modo que estava, sujo, os lençóis de cama estavam manchados e as fronhas também, total falta de higiene e respeito com os hóspedes, informaram que não iriam trocar as fronhas pois já eram limpas, o chão do quarto estava um pouco sujo de terra também, a moça da limpeza foi chamada novamente porém demorou tanto que eu resolvi descer com a minha esposa e informar que não iria me hospedar lá e que iria trocar de hotel, (uma vantagem de não fazer pagamento antecipado pelo app) a anfitriã foi muito solícita em resolver a situação me hospedando sem custos adicional em outro hotel localizado bem mais próximo da praia, em um flat bem organizado e alguns eletrodomésticos, constituído de quarto, sala, cozinha e sacada, e sem custo adicional, o que me ajudou a não ter que procurar outro hotel e ter mais desconforto ainda, nota 10 para a anfitriã que foi sempre muito prestativa e cortez.

Péssimo.

Atendimento péssimo, piscina suja, o quarto só tinha um travesseiro, fui solicitar e a moça disse que não tinha disponibilidade, não encontraram minha reserva a moça foi no meu quarto pela manhã cobrar.. Foi um transtorno. Conveniência sem opções.

A localização é muito boa, mas o quarto não é o mais confortável, cama antiga, ar condicionado com zoada e não funcionando bem, limpeza do chão deixou a desejar. Não oferece serviço de quarto.
