"Elevador quebrado, serviço de quarto não atende, hotel super lotado e há um barulho permanente de um elevador de serviço. Fuja."

"Terrible room. Not even one Chair to seat or a sofá. no drowers for clothing or a place to Hang clothes….. nothing at all . Had to put my stuff on the floor. When we arrived they informed us that the pool would be close. In fact it was closed until the day we left. Room had no window, basically a jail Cell !!! Absolutely terrible room. At least the staff was very nice"

"Amazing oasis in Santo Amaro. The staff and owners were very friendly and accomodating. The room was spacious and comfortable, great A/C and hot water pressure. It does work like a hotel the staff go in and change towels, remove gargage. The breakfast was varied ans delicious. They also set up the tours which were amazing. The only thing they need to improve is in the internet connections in the rooms as it was spotty or unavailable. I would recommmend to anyone. I loved my stay there."

"We loved this place! The hotel is very beautiful. The room is big, clean and has everything needed. The social areas are perfect. The breakfast is delicious and fresh, as well as the restaurant for dinner. Staff are super helpful. I’d love to go back in my next visit to Atins!"

"Checking in was the most horrendous experience I’ve ever dealt with in my life they took copies of my drivers license credit card passport made me fill out numerous documents and I’ve already prepaid for the room absolute terrible customer service. Also the bed had no blanket sheet only and two very small pillows nice clean place, but the amenities were horrible and the customer service is worse. I would not recommend it if you were an American or any foreigner. "
