I stayed with my family and mother in law in a room with a queen bed and two twin beds for just one night before our flight out of São Luís. The room itself was very strange because there was a huge window between the room with all the beds and the bathroom. There were blinds that could be open and close on the bedroom side. But we just kept them closed the whole time. And we ate well at the restaurant.

The hotel was great! I loved my stay however, the hotel set me up with a tour guide for Lençóis Maranhenses and I ended up getting scammed out of $1000 reais from the tour guide they recommended me. Do not use the tour guides. I was lied to and cheated. If you’re American they will victimize you. Be cautious. Use a guide from Expedia or Viator instead

Bad WIFI in our room

WIFI was terrible in the room. So if you need wifi, do not go there. If not the hotel is very good and the breakfast is fantastic

Excelente hospedagem, mas entendo que o restaurante precisa melhorar, bem como as condições de acesso à internet. Recorri duas vezes ao restaurante além do café da manhã e, nas duas oportunidades, não gostei dos pratos selecionados. Quanto à internet, a TV do quarto não estava conectada e, apesar de ter recorrido à assitência técnica do hotel, nada foi resolvido. Enfim, fiquei sem acesso à programação. Entendo que o restaurante precisa de aprimoramento e a TV deve estar sempre conectada para a utilização devida dos hospedes.
