"Very nice hotel, good location"

"Amazing! Only negatives were the pool hours were short and that they charge for pool towels. Everything else was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had a good variety. The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was helpful and kind. Absolutely recommend to anyone but especially Americans visiting Italy for the first time. The free spa was a huge perk. "

"No robe in room. Also would have expected breakfast to be somewhat better for a quality hotel - same choice everyday and the scrambled eggs are so overcooked every time. "

"From the outside this 4 star hotel does not look like what it is, a very nice and comfortable hotel. Friendly people at the reception. But, this hotel might have the best breakfast in Florence! Everything is handmade, none of the cheap crap in plastic you find many places in Italy. And the quality of what you get us amazing! And the staff are so dedicated. Highly recommended. "

"Lovely apartment suites with large king size bed. In a nice area of Florence just outside of the tourist city centre. There is a lot of construction happening for a new tram line outside of the hotel which should make it more convenient to get around with public transport. Breakfast was OK. Reception staff were lovely! "

Tek eksik olarak prizleri söyleyebilirim, bize mi öyle denk geldi bilmiyorum ancak ikili odada kaldık ve yatağın yakınında priz yoktu mecbur banyoya takmak zorunda kaldık ekstra cihazı. "The deluxe bungalow was great! Similar in size to a large hotel room with comfy beds. It was cold in March after the sun set, so we were glad the heating worked. We often got our breakfast at the market and ate dinner at the restaurant on site or got takeout. The laundromat worked fine for our needs, but after only 1 cycle in the dryer, our clothes were still a bit damp, so we air dryer them in our room. The staff were great and check-in/out were quick and easy."
