"This is definitely my new favorite hotel in Florence. I was only supposed to stay for a couple of days because I decided to come to Florence a couple days earlier then I was supposed to move to another place but I decided to stay the whole week. The place is clean, working areas are really nice and clean, they have excellent customer service in all areas. So close to everything, and they have swings! It made me feel like a child again. There is a park right next to it and it's just walking distance to the center. I was blessed to see beautiful sunsets from my room. And the roof? You're just gonna have to see for yourself. And what other hotel can you go to the gym with a view of the Duomo? "

I would have appreciated a basic chair, but my spouse really enjoyed the spa lounger! There were bar-style chairs. We didn’t avail of the spa facilities but those that do would find that a big bonus. Kitchen facilities were great. Well located in a quiet neighborhood with access to the bus service and nearby Tabacchi shops to buy bus tickets. We were given fresh towels and coffee every day, and our room was tidied up. There’s also a Coop grocery store nearby. Would definitely recommend!"

"This is a great hotel in the center of everything in Florence. The staff was clear and efficient, the room was comfortable and beautiful in an understated way and the balcony on our second floor room gave us a terrific view of the street. I would recommend this hotel."

"The staff was excellent and very quick and efficient in helping us arrange a taxi. The room upgrade was a special touch and greatly appreciated. The room itself was very clean, spacious, and quiet. The only small note I would mention is that the sleeping pillows felt a bit lightweight and could use a little improvement. Other than that, everything was perfect."
