"Unfortunately we had several instances of poor service during our one night stay. Our room was not ready and we had to go back several times and always got info to wait 20 more minutes. At the end we decided to have lunch and gave them until 15:30 to get it ready. There were issues with key card to room and tennis court. The pictures showed a gym, but no one could tell us where it was etc etc. Positive was quality of dinner, food was good. Also we had a Nespresso machine in our junior suite and...

"Great stay. Clean and spacious room, friendly staff, solid breakfast. We found parking by the bridge about 200m or so away from the hotel for free. Glad we stayed there. "

"Reasonable priced hotel in the centre of Vic. Emailed in advance to see if we could get an early check in and they could not guarantee this, however when we arrived our room was ready. Friendly staff and good hotel for the price we paid. "

"We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and overall found it extremely disappointing. It is central but on a partially pedestrianised road which is blocked to traffic for much of the day. There are apparently 3 parking spaces at the hotel but seem always full. The hotel provides no prior information about access and, once there, grudgingly directed us to a car park which was a distance away and full. The room we were given was in the roof with tiny windows and generally scruffy paintwork neglected...

"The property is definitely a hidden gem. Loved the cute, quiet area that the property was located. Several bakeries close by. Very clean and quiet. Definitely would stay here again "
