"A first for me...the hotel will not make change or exchange currency. I have not seen this before at a 5 star rated hotel...this is not the staff's issue...but management. The ATMs nearby charge nearly 25% to issue Euros...this includes bank owned ATMs...get your Euros before you travel if you can. The hotel and the staff were all excellent. I would be giving a 5 star rating except for the money changing experience. "
