"DO NOT STAY HERE! The property was very hard to find, it was hidden behind a restaurant and it wasn’t easy to find. THEY DIDNT HAVE TOILET PAPER, we had to buy our own. The towels were old, stained and there were holes on them. The room was very old and old installations, there was hair on the walls, the toilet seat was smaller than the toilet. Very expensive for the poor quality offered. Definitely do not recommend this terrible hotel. The people at breakfast were not friendly at all, wouldn’t...

"Cobertores fofinhos, lençóis cheirosos, travesseiros macios. Como ainda não há um espaço para o café da manhã, este é servido no quarto. Café simples, mas muito gostoso, feito com muito capricho. O pessoal foi muito cortês, atendendo prontamente as minhas necessidades. Tem um ponto de VLT bem próximo. O que, para mim, foi muito útil. Fácil acesso ao Centro histórico de Santos."
