"We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed every minute at Iriana Suites. The property is in great condition and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We had a five hour flight delay at arrival. Hotel staff was very responsive in keeping contact with me to reschedule our private transfer from the airport. "On arrival it wasn't exactly clean but then day after daily clean was great, Staff is friendly but one in particular was had a communication breakdown. Balcony and view was amazing but the neighbours was making noises a few times even once late at night waking us up 3am. Hot tub was great. Cons side is the ceiling shower and a body shower was bad, wasn't strong and leaking. Not alot of food options in the hotel area. Mainly bathroom is an issue. Bed was rock hard but didn’t exactly bothered...
