It was a pleasure to stay in this renovated apartment with a new design, now better calibrated to receive people in groups of 2-5, or even families, with a quiet atmosphere, close to all the amenities of the colonial area. Communication with the innovative walkie-talkie reception remains pleasant and the staff are always available.

Small hotel in the colonial zone (historical part of Santo Domingo). Clean and well maintained. The building is quite new, so it lacks a bit the charm of the old town one may expect in such a location.

The service they provide is not very appropriate for clients who want tranquility and comfort. The person who receives you and who you ask about the things you need or if something is in the place is very nasty(the light went out and they did not want to turn on the power plant and I had to get angry because it was very hot). The place is safe and I thank God for the young Milagros who apologized for the inconvenience and was very kind when we needed something. In the Colonial area there are better places to enjoy some have a good vacation and rest as you wish.

Great Location, Facilties and Staff

Great location in heart of the Zona Colonial. Manager Christofe and staff extremely helpful with varius queries. They are a new aparthotel and very keen to build a reputation. Breakfast is delivered to your door at your chosen time each morning. WiFi signal very strong allowing streaming. Very secure with outer door only opened by secuity swipe tag then manned reception. Will definitely stay again if in Santo Domingo

The worst property I have stayed. They don’t give you a key fob to get Into the main door. I waited 20 mins twice the second time in the rain to be let in. And no one seemed to care. I got My things and immediately left never to return.

It's listed in the Colonial Zone, and it's not, broken sink, non staffed, need to be calling at all times. We ended up staying 1 night out of the 9 we booked, don't recommend it, parking and breakfast were supposed to be included and they didn't have either. It was a horrible experience!
