I enjoyed my stayed in the apartment on the first floor. The place was safe, clean and spacious. However, while I was there for 13 days there was no TV or cable available during the stay(strict curfew daily).The TV wasn’t working and was quite small. There is only one air conditioner in one bedroom and it’s not sufficient for such a large apartment. I recommend the owner upgrade the Television to a large 32 inch and add a second air conditioner to the first floor apartment.

Excelente place to stay, clean property, my only concern is that the tv never worked and the ac when off for two day but everything else was good I would stay here again

This stay was as good as expected and the people were friendly and helpful. I picked this location as it was close to where we needed to be the next day. The apartment was typical of a Dominican apartment. The beds are firm but that is also normal for the area and I will bring a extra foam layer next time we stay. Yes, I would book this hotel again.

the place was clean the care taker of property spoke only spainish but the taxi driver and my wife did also. place was hard to find and the phone number for contact was in another country,i found it on the second day looking for it wife did not like and would not canceal. ac was only in one room and 2 fans care takers are great people

The staff Ms. Janet was great. She was very helpful and super nice. The apartment was good. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt safe. It is also at a good location near major roads and buisnesses. There are some minor repairs that need to be made. The AC timer must be changed. It gets very hot from 8am to 2pm. If the AC timer is removed, we would defintely stay again.
