Hi, thank you for sharing your experience. Yes, on tuesday our kitchen is closed, but within 100 meters you can find several restaurants. The street lights sometimes do not work if there is a general blackout.

Dear Eulalia, Thank you for your review. It is sad that you blame our staff to be rude when you just won't accept house rules. Even though you talked to me personally, and I told you the pool is available till 9, you did whatever you want and stayed till 1 am. Next time get a villa if you don't respect other people being in the hotel making noise during the whole night. You were lucky I wasn't on site myself. By the way, thanks for the chair you left broken at the pool...without saying anything. Shame on you! And then people wonder why some places charge deposits.

Dear Guest, We are sorry that we didn´t fullfil your expectations. You had a nice room on the 2nd floor, but you asked us to have a ground floor room. We told you that the only ground floor which is available we normally don´t offer our guests, as this room is not up to our standard. We showed you the room and you asked us to change. It is very strange to see such commentary like yours after telling you this. Regarding the dangerous neighbourhood, we have never expierienced any problems nor did our guests. You spoke with our waiter in the restaurant in english, and you spoke with our chef in english, so it is a little confusing for us to see such a negative comentary and saying that none of our staff speaks english. We have many americans visiting our place, and we never expierienced any problems. You didn´t mention any of the complains you described to our staff and we would have been happy to assist you. We would have showed you how to control the A/C - as all of our units are controlled with the remote control available in your room. There are no language barriers anymore. We have had guests from russia and japan and we could comunicate with a online translator with them. You expect a pack full of amenities when we do not offer any of this in our description and paying 25 USD a night? May we provide you also a free breakfast and dinner and a free shuttle to the airport next time? We are very sorry that we didn´t make it up to your expectations and we hope you have had a nice stay the rest of your holidays in the other place. And yes, we do not accept prostitutes in our place. If you did this commentary because we told you we wouldn´t accept the prostitute you wanted to bring in we are happy we did so and we would tell you the same again. Best regards, Manuel - Owner

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. Yes, there have been several blackouts these days in Boca Chica, but our emergency plant provided energy 24h. I cannot understand the hot water issue, we have a brand new gas heater and we haven't been informed of any incidence. We are sorry to see that we didn't exceed your expectations, but we would be glad if you'd give us a chance again in near future. Best regards, Manuel
