Offered us 2 queens and said we would not be charged for parking or facility fee all week. We were still charged for the week. They only honored that for one day. "Walked in to a broken dishwasher, the door wouldn't stay closed. First morning i went to pull the blinds up to have coffee on the balcony and they fell off the wall. I messaged them about it and they offered to have someone come and look at it during our stay but i said it was fine. After we left my friend told me his room had bed bugs. "Great place and location. My only complaints are temperature control within the unit and also not being able to keep my car in the garage on check out day as my key was disabled at 10am. I had to move my car to the normal outside lot while we skied that day and having to change in a public outdoor parking lot before driving to catch my flight home in Denver is bot ideal and I should have been able to stay parked in the garage. Besides those 2 things I would absolutely stay there again but would...

The unit is literally right next to the pool, our first night there were loud drunk people there that did not leave at the mandatory 10pm time."

"Overall it was a pretty nice place to stay. Close to the downtown area of Keystone which is great for if your skiing/snowboarding or mountain biking. We went in the off season and had the area to ourselves mostly which was great to let our littles run around. Everything we needed as well.
