We enjoyed staying here and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I really like the cook Stefania who was amazing and so helpful to my familie and I. would recommend it to all.
Staff was super nice, room was fine (it was cheap, and it was clean), but the club downstairs was SO loud that I couldn't sleep much. Also, it almost sounded like there was drag racing happening. It was odd. Anyway, I wanted to like it, but the sound situation was out of control. I had airpods in, but it didn't help.
To be honest i only went to sleep, however i was very humiliated when they asked me to pay 500 rd for a towel because it got partially stain with my hair dye. Never in my life I had to pay for any incidentals at any hotel. Even the over night front desk agent that informed me felt ashamed. Imagine how I felt. Not to mention that i visit this hotel sometimes twice a year. So ladies, if your hair is dyed, bring your own towels.
We booked the room through Expedia and received confirmation via email. When we arrived to this horrible hotel, they didnāt have our reservation in their system. The receptionist didnāt know what to do with us, they brought us to what seemed to be an abandoned āHostelā that they had downstairs. That room was very dirty, dusty and smelled very bad. The bathroom was in horrible condition, we couldnāt even shower. They didnāt even deserve one star, we would never go back there. The worst experience of our lives!!!!
The hotel was ok, the staff was great. However, I made a reservation with Expedia for two double rooms and the hotel had only a reservation for one room. The hotel managed to set us up but was not what we had reserved.

I could not sleep due to the large amount of sound from a disco club on the first level of the hotel.
I had to leave after 1 night. This is in a terrible part of town. The street vendors and people were playing music super load until 3 AM. The room was right on the street and the other room they tried to give me had windows that wouldn't close w large gaps. Terrible is all that comes to mind.
