This was the perfect place for my stay in Santiago de Compostela! It is right on the edge of the central district, with easy access to shopping and a short walk from the cathedral. The property is beautifully decorated, well-kept and comfortable.

What a wonderful place. They have the courtyard in the middle that is so inviting. Great for a cup of coffe or drink in the evening. The service was amazing and the breakfast was really good. Easy walk to the city center and the local places to eat.

Beautiful old Monk’s quarter converted to hotel has a beautiful and convenient setting. Easy walking to sites, shops and restaurants. Wonderful and bilingual staff. Hotel has a great coffee / bar area also has a buffet breakfast if desired. Staff very helpful. No wash cloths but good towels.

We upgraded to room that was part of the old Jesuit monastery with lots of stone, very nice. Nice green area in the back and cozy little areas for sitting. Staff was very knowledgeable/helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Classic and Classy

Beautiful old hotel in excellent condition. Plenty of public spaces to stretch out and mingle. The garden and bar are both great locations for afternoon tea or drink. I would happily return and sty awhile.

Fantastic value & superb service

I can't speak highly enough about this hotel. The property/lobby photos don't do it justice...the hotel oozes charm. We felt more like we were in the UK versus Spain, the only thing missing was a roaring fire in the common area (although there is a small gas fireplace in the cafe). The service was fantastic, especially the ladies in the cafe in the morning. Front desk was incredibly helpful with lending us charging cables and an umbrella. Large rooms, water in the bathroom nice & hot, and comfy beds (if you like firm...minor gripe is we would prefer foam-top). We were there the last week of November, and they were putting up Christmas decorations the day before we left, which made it all the more charming. Truly incredible value for the price. 100% recommended!
