"No one at the hotel to greet you! Before you get there you have to fill out a form that they never sent, to give you a code that never got. After calling and writing several times finally got response that they don’t have any reservations. After sending them copy of the reservation they said that it could be false. Anyway an hour later they show up and open the door. The place is dirty, the fan hardly moves and the place smells. Obviously I left to another hotel."

"This place is very well located in Cabecera. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and quiet. Hot water, wifi,all was good. Cable Tv could be better. It felt safe and comfortable"

"I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is ideal—close to restaurants, cafés, and beautiful parks, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the room to the common areas, which made the whole experience very comfortable. I truly appreciated the warm atmosphere and the high standard of service. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return. "
