"Parking was right in front of our room. We traveled on a weekday which made everything easy and breezy. The room is comfy, cute & clean. The lobby serves coffee and donuts from a local shop in the morning. Bacon maple donuts anyone? They have a gym, a bar/lounge and several fire pits on the property. Buellton and Solvang are really happening since they made the movie Sideways, hence the name of the hotel. This hotel welcomes well behaved dogs and there is a dog run on the property and a dog park nearby. Two places nearby that one must go to is Industrial Eats and Vega Vineyards. IE has excellent food and the best Caesar salad especially if you love garlic. Vega has great wines, delicious food and beautiful grounds. There are many animals in the back to visit. Goats, chickens, emu’s etc."

"So the plastic Cheerios containers had ants. I brought several of these containers back to my room. I didn’t realize there were ants on them, but when I looked at the bottom of them, there were ants how awful. The kids screaming in the pool was just hideous, and of course, people are going back-and-forth by the door cleaning people not taking care to try and be quiet and kids once again yelling it was quite an awful experience left quite an indelible impression and on my last night there, I just got another hotel room at another place and return the keys and the next day. Just awful. And all the reviews said it was wonderful.,, that’s not true"
