"Check in was an adventure. Multiple people in front of us were extremely upset for whatever reason which delayed everyone checking in. Even though I booked through Expedia and paid the $300 at the time of booking, I was charged 74 dollars with no explanation other than “it must be a fee from Expedia “. "Parking was terrible. Parking garage was closed for maintenance, but never saw them working on anything for the 4 nights we were there. Pool side bar was ok. You paid a $25 resort fee for pools and beach access but did not include chairs and people wore clothes in pool and babies not in swim diapers. Upside you did get 2 free drinks a day. So evened out if you used the bar. Aggressive breed dogs on property. People smoking cigarettes and marijuana on balconies."

"We stayed 3 nights and 4 days. Our room was not cleaned at any point during our stay. The cleaning staff stopped one door before ours on day two. I called the front desk and they said the cleaning staff was extremely busy and they would add us to the list for the evening and send someone up, yet no one ever showed. On day three they came into the room, picked up the trash I put by the door, collected the dirty towels I put by the door, and dropped off clean towels without cleaning the room,...
