Staff was courteous, but bed smelled of urine, room was small & poorly organized. Wifi off line. There are many other motels in Santa Rosa.

Lights didn't work above bed. Not replaced when management advised. Room was bare of any amenities. No microwave, coffeepot or refrigerator. Room only marginally clean. Slight unpleasant smell. Door didn't seem secure as a gap was visible around it. Price seemed to be the only advantage. The rooms next to the interstate were noisy but that could reasonably be expected with the truck traffic.

Front desk attendant didn’t know what he was doing, he wanted to charge me again for the room, when I had already paid on expedia platform. Also the toilet was super dirty from the inside it wasn’t white it was literally brown.

Santa Rosa Motel 6
One of the worst places we have ever stayed. The first room had dirty towels and some kind of animal hair in the bed. We were able to get a different room but the floor base strip was coming off the wall and the floor behind the toilet was cracked up and bare to the concrete.

Avoid this one
I’ve stayed at many Motel 6s and I understand the value. However, this one is bad. Beds feel like sleeping on a pull out sofa at best. The mattresses are prob 10+ yrs old. Overall, rooms are in disrepair. Door to room so bent it wouldn’t seal when closed. Paid $82 for the night.

Very poor customer service.
The biggest issue I had was with the service staff. Our toilet foot plugged up. I first tried calling. When I tried calling from my room, I got a busy signal (i tried multiple times. ) When I tried calling from my cell phone, the number couldn't be completed. I walked over to the office. She said, "ooooo. I don't think there is anything I can do. I don't have any plungers. " She did take about a minute to look in the office, but they didn't have anything. When I asked if we could switch rooms, she asked, "How long have you been here? " I said we got here tonight. She responded with, "You've been here over an hour." I explained we went out to eat. She asked if we messed up the beds, and when she found out that we had already, she said, "Sorry, I can't help you. " So now we are stuck in a room with no working toilet. The room itself was plain. The beds were uncomfortable. I was glad i was only staying one night.
