Para empezar mi experiencia no fue buena ta que la descripción del lugar decía que era a 3 minutos caminado a los termales el cual era el sitio que realmente quería visitar y me encuentro en un hotel el la ciudad a 30 minutos de termales

It is impossible to sleep with the noise coming from the trucks and cars driving down the street and the crowds that chat all night at the hotel lobby.

Property well located and staff extremely helpful and friendly. One of the rooms had some issues and they had to change it

Rooms on first floor are on top of the garage so lots of car alarms noise. No windows so super hot can't breathe in those rooms

They need to improve customer service, offer all the services described on Expedia, and they must offer a solution in case something is not working or available. It was two bad nights, I received a compensation for bad service, but it was not what I expected for the price we paid, there are more options in the same area.

Las instalaciones del hotel estan acordes a su precio; el servicio en recepción y garaje fue excelente...el restaurante regular- malo en el tema de desayuno, tanto servicio como producto no cumple las expectativas q se piensa. Es de resaltar la actitud con la q se intenta brindar un buen servicio; espero mejoren las pequeñas fallas y sigan saliendo adelante....

Estuve alojado con mi familia en el hotel durante el fin de semana del 5, 6 y 7 de agosto. La atencion, la comida y las instalaciones del hotel nos gustaron mucho, adicional a que es a una cuadra del parque donde hay almacenes y restaurantes.

Excelente sin extravagancias
Un hotel acogedor , limpio ,bien presentado aunque hay algunos lugares requieren arreglo porque se van deteriorando, me causo curiosidad sitio entrenamiento ajedrez , no puede saber que era porque salimos a uno de los nevados, desayuno excelente, aunque hace falta la fruta,parqueo dentro del mismo , personas amables.

El servicio de los baños, fue lo único que no nos gustó, le falta porta jabón en los baños y hubo un día que no encontramos papel higiénico y toalla de mano, del restó todo fue perfecto. Su desayuno muy bueno

El hotel está bien organizado y limpio Es cómodo y sus empleados son amables Incluso esta en Remodelación. SUGERENCIA: Tiene a media cuadra un restaurante al cual deberían incluir en su portafolio de servicios mediante convenio. Se llama RAÍCES
