Amazing service at a quaint beach side hotel.

It is a small hotel with a rocky beach in Italy and the people that worked there couldn't have been nicer. The lady at the front desk was super helpful and attentive, showing us where everything was, helping arrange transportation for the next day, generally just making us feel welcome, and making the trip so much better. The simple food options they had on site was small, but again the people were friendly and made the experience very nice. Amazing service compared to every other hotel we used on our trip.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, but description of hotel was disapointing. Hotel is very old and in poor state. Bed mediocre.

The hotel is not what it looks like on the app. It's lap very dirty- kinda gross. Smells bad, even in the lobby. The "chef" fixed our meals while smoking. The tablecloths were dirty and the chef brought our flatware with his fingers on the tines. And the food was absolutely inedible. The rooms were grimy and even the beds had some weird grainy thing going on. The elevator fits maybe 2 people and one suitcase. The doors don't close properly and it's incredibly dirty. The area isn't accessible whatsoever. There's nowhere to eat or shop. And even tho the app says that they have beach access included in the stay, they charged us an OUTRAGEOUS fee of 20 euros per guest! Moreover, the hotel is 100% inaccessible if you have any sort of disability. Please save ur money and ur vacation and go somewhere else, especially if ur American nd used to sanitary food and accommodations. This place was just yuk. HOWEVER! I will say that the staff was incredibly friendly and super nice.

The hotel was nice and well maintained. The beach was lovely (albeit stoney). I would give mixed reviews to the staff: a night clerk messed up a taxi reservation to the train station, which could have led me to miss a flight from Rome, but thankfully another clerk went above and beyond expectations to rectify the problem (kudos to the curly-haired clerk with his arm in a cast!).

I booked this knowing it was on the beach. Please note this beach like most in Italy are rocky. You need water shoes. Also you have about a half mile walk to go anyplace for drinks or dinner. There was a good pizza place across street for lunch . Breakfast was good. The property is getting tired and ac didn’t work that good . We were hit at night. Main concern was other guest we met on the beach said the maid stole money that was left out. But in a closet . Shame on the guest for not protecting her stuff. But also made us feel like we needed to keep everything locked up at all times.

Fint läge, tyvärr blev vi väldigt besvikna då det inte fanns några glutenfria matalternativ. Tråkigt när man bokar ett hotell med strand där man vill ha bekvämligheten att vara på hotellet. Hade önskat att den informationen framkom vid bokningen. Vi hade ändå meddelat matallergin vid bokning. På frukosten fanns det dock alternativ, det var jättebra. Vi hade även besök på vårt hotellrum av kackerlackor. Rummet i sig var fräscht förutom badrummet där duschen var full av svartmögel.

Not coming up to the expectations

We booked a room with lateral sea view. The room was at the rear of the building and street noise could be heard day and night from the busy Strada Statale that passes in the front of the hotel. The room and bath room were clean. The furniture and equipment basic but in good shape. However when checking in we found the room as a mosquito den. We asked for an insecticide spray but it was not available. Luckily there is a small supermarket nearby. The breakfast is served on the terrasse facing the sea. Supply of breakfast items that run out was very sporadic. The beach is of round stones and was littered with debris from the previous thunderstorm. No efforts were done to clean it up in front of the hotel.. An outrageous amount of 30€ is charged when using a deck chair even for a few minutes. There is a pizza bar and a gelateria nearby. Next valid restaurants are found 10 minutes drive towards the town. As October is already considered as off season, the hotel restaurant was closed. There is only a few and insufficient parking space available in front of the hotel. We would not stay again in this hotel.

The staff were very friendly. Room had a nice view.. The property itself is very run down. We had no hot water. Air conditioning did not work. Toilet seat was broke. Window in the bathroom was broke. It almost fell out of the window frame when we tried to open it. Mirror was broke in the bathroom. Balcony door was broke. This property needs a major maintenance fix.
