"A wonderful hotel on The Lido. Perfect for a city/beach break. Lovely staff, a very nice pool area. Although, we preferred the Blue Moon beach club. Water taxis too and from Venice and the airport. Our only criticism was the pillows were quite hard. Not our choice. Also, their ‘cosy’ cheapest room was roomy and had everything we needed. No need to spend more on a bigger room. We didn’t add breakfast, quite expensive and there are restaurants and cafes around. "

"Everything about our stay was easy and convenient! The front desk arranged a private water taxi pick up from the train station. It was a short walk and easy with our bags to the hotel. Andrea was extremely helpful in recommending restaurants and made our stay feel special. We loved our Prosecco on the roof! "

"Really enjoyed our time there. Loved the smiles and service that the stafff gave. Made us cappucinnos which was good quality in the morning. It is in Lido (last ferry stop) so it's situated far from touristy areas, if you like that. The room like most Italian budget friendly stays are small but adequate. There seems to be a bit of slant on the flooring, a little uneven, but it did not affect our sleep. "

"This was our first time visiting Venice, and we quickly learned that you cannot drive a car into the city. We arrived late at night and had to ask around before we were lucky enough to find a place to park. With no clear idea of what to do next, we called the hotel, and thankfully, they were very accommodating. We took a private water taxi to reach the hotel. "Awesome .. beautiful facility, great staff, just enough off the beaten track to be quiet in crazy busy venice .. and the apartment we rented was phenomenal allowing us to hide away for the last 4 days of a 2 week trip Nice we got a washer dryer since we were almost out of clean clothes by the time we arrived .. funny no one could figure out how the dryer part worked "

"This is an old property converted to a hotel so rooms and access are not uniform and stairs are part of the experience. Outlets were sparse, but toilets were modern, and AC was comfortable. "

"The hotel staff was very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and access to public transit was convenient. Our only disappointment was there is no chair in the room, so the only place to sit was on the bed. Still highly recommend the hotel."

"The location is great - in a nice peaceful neighborhood away from the crowds. The vaporetto is very convenient. The room was good and the public areas are nicely decorated. The breakfast was plentiful but not good quality. I'd rather have reduced choice. The orange juice tasted like cordial / squash!"

"The appartement is very comfortable for a family with 2 kids and well localized. Our stay was good overall. They were only 2 things that bother us a bit : it's a bit dark inside the flat and the water pressure should be controlled : during our shower, they weren't not lots of water and we had randomly cold / hot water. "
