"We loved our 3 night stay in June 2025 coming from Canada. The hotel setting is beautiful. Staff were super friendly and the made to order eggs in the morning were magnificent. They allowed a later checkout to accommodate our schedule. Would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Wonderful stay in a wonderful place. The views from the terrace (where breakfast is served weather permitting) and the executive rooms on to the cathedral are spectacular. All the staff is super friendly and keen to help. The hotel or relais is beautifully decorated and everything is spotlessly clean. That is also true for the rooms which all have antique furniture. "Super clean rooms and bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Self check in after hours. Communication was repetitive and at times difficult to reach owner or her staff. Otherwise everything was great!"

"Before we arrived the communication with the hotel was not good, but once we arrived I was stunned with how kind and helpful everyone at the hotel is. My family keeps commenting on how nice everyone is. The breakfast is very generous and delicious. The rooms are comfortable as well as the beds. I would definitely recommend. "

"This hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk to Il Campo but is also in a quiet area with less touristy restaurants. Our room was quiet and very clean. Check in was with a room code. Very easy. It is about a 30-35 minute walk from train station to hotel which can be a bit tiring with some mild inclines. "

"Wow! What an amazing place! Katia is so personable and responds quickly to message through WhatsApp. Hotel has a posh vibe , clean ,quiet and nicely decorated. Room and bathroom are very nice. We were there for Il Palio and Katia answered all about questions and helped us get tickets to a Contrada dinner. She also sent us information to get seats for Il Palio but we did not do this due to cost. Hotel is a great location and walkable to everywhere I would stay there again in there again....

"Beautiful hotel located in historic walking district of Siena. 5 star historic hotel with bar & lounge area for coffee, drinks, lunch, dinner, upscale restaurant. Great breakfast buffet or a la carte options. Food & wine were excellent. Large spacious rooms with great Air Cond (it was in the 90’s). Comfortable beds, pillow options. Stayed 5 days 2 different rooms-had a last minute travel change. "
