"The suggestion from hotel cavalieri staff to walk our luggage to the apartment was absurd. Rolling a 29" luggage and wheely carryon over bridges with stairs is ridiculous and very contrary to a 1st class experience we paid 85 euros to have a water taxi to collect us from the apartment A wardrobe door was broken off its hinges before we arrived making the safe inside unusable dissappointing Felt a little odd to have to remove garbage and clean kitchen before we leave considering the price of...

"Great location, very close to some of the main attractions. Very accessible from the train station, via the Vaporetto. We used the hotel as a base to explorer and it was ideal. 4 of use ( 2 adults plus a 13 and 8 year old) shared a spacious room overlooking a canal busy with gondola traffic. The kids loved it. Breakfast good, staff extremely friendly and helpful. "

"We loved this place! We had a balcony room overlooking the canal with a gorgeous view of a garden. The staff was great with questions, and the breakfast was fabulous. The Colombino is very close to everything, and has a special tour of Murano, so we cancelled our planned trip and saved some money. Great hotel and highly recommend! "
