Se avessi soggiornato, valuterei. Pessimi tutti
Sono arrivata presso la struttura e la mia prenotazione non risultava. Accolta nella portineria di un vecchio condominio da un signore poco raccomandabile, cerco di capire come mai, ma invano. Nessun controllo, nessuna informazione, nessun aiuto. E l'assistenza di Hotels.com inesistente, sia telefonicamente che via mail. Sono ancora dietro a capire come cavolo contattarvi e richiedere il rimborso di quella brutta bruttissima notte rimasta a piedi in mezzo al nulla e al caos estivo di Diamante. Complimenti a tutti!
