"I think a hot tub area would be a welcome change. Outdoor cafe seating and fire pits are nice but half of that could go to a hot tub area. Staff was great and the "Deck" had a good variety of quick options for guests. Games and fireplace / farepit were a nice touch. "

"Overall, our experience was great and we truly enjoyed our stay. However, there was one incident on our last day that I felt needed to be shared. During breakfast, one male staff member (appeared to be around 58–63 years old) seemed visibly unhappy and was handling dishes in a rough manner. There were several instances of loud banging and abrupt movements while arranging plates, which drew attention and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. As a family traveling with three kids (ages 11–16), this moment stood out because it disrupted what had otherwise been a very pleasant experience. My children felt uneasy due to the noise and tension. I have already reached out to management, as I believe this is something that can be improved for future guests. Aside from this, everything else during our stay was wonderful. I hope this feedback helps enhance the experience for others."

"Breakfast is good. The room is clean. Bed is comfortable. The pool is heated. Lots of parking space."

"We checked in at 8 PM, and the desk clerk was somewhat rude. She assigned us a room that felt like a dungeon because it overlooked a storage area outside the window. In the hallway outside our room, there was a bucket catching water leaking from the ceiling. The clerk mentioned three times that she couldn't upgrade us to a different room because we booked through a third-party site, Expedia. She made it clear that booking this way didn't come with hotel privileges, even though I am a Bonvoy member. However, we were eventually able to get her to move us to a different room on the first floor. It was smaller, but better overall."
