Great value…when we arrived I asked if I could have a room with a bathtub and was told I could call Expedia and ask them. Really surprised by that response.
The hotel had a nice heated pool and free parking and good options for breakfast. The room was comfy.
The staff at Homewood Suites were awesome, starting with Lydia and Rickasha at the front desk. They were extremely helpful and just offered all around great customer service. The cleaning staff were so very polite and the staff serving breakfast were so sweet. I just live right in Santa Fe and stayed at HS for my daughter’s birthday party. I would absolutely stay again in the future.
This room was perfect for my husband and I and my Mom. It had two bedrooms and each had it's own bathroom. There was a central living room area between the two rooms and a kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator and freezer. It was nice that we could walk over to the casino. There were very limited dining options though since we got in late in the evening.

The exterior walkways leading toward the Executive Suite lacks sufficient lighting. When I inquired about moving to a standard suite which is in the main part of the hotel, the staff stated they couldn’t allow me to move rooms because I booked through Expedia. The hidden message I received from them was “don’t book through a third party.”

I am so sorry that we did not move you I have spoken with our staff, and I have taken care of the light issue outside the walkway.
An excellent hotel! I'll give it 5 stars, but there were two areas for improvement. The lady at the front desk made it seem like she needed to get back to whatever she was doing in the back and I was a burden. Also, while the room was in excellent shape, the carpeting was worn and had long tears in two places.

The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly. Good water pressure in the shower. Nice, spacious rooms. I appreciated the complimentary bottled water in the lobby. The food was decent. I would definitely stay here again!
My family had a good stay during the Christmas holiday. The hotel is close to the skiing and snow sledding locations and also not far from the city. Clean and comfortable room, good breakfast, and nice manager's social on Wednesday.
It was great, but please change your TV cable provider. Finding a free TV show was honestly difficult, which is ridiculous. Not many stations and getting to them way too annoying. Thanks for the nice hotel stay otherwise.

The property is nice and quiet. I have stayed in the main building before.
This time we stayed in one of the casitas, a two-bedroom suite. We could hear every sound of the person above us and next to us.

We needed to stay between Santa Fe and Abiquiu. Our one night was great. Breakfast was good. Wi-Fi was not good and we were on the second floor with no elevator.

As for your room location, the Casitas do not have elevators. I recommend that you request the Main Building or a first floor when staying with us again. It is our goal to make you feel at home. Friendly and accommodating staff, free breakfast and comfy rooms. Checked in well after midnight and staff set us up in a closer room after the initial room we were offered was in a distant building.

While maintenance staff offered help when taking bags to car, check in staff was not as friendly as during previous stays. Check out staff and service was very friendly.

We were so tired after a long day travel. We were greeted so pleasantly, check in was a breeze, and our room was delightful. Roomy, clean ...the bathroom was so large. We both slept great.
